On Friday our Fahrenheit 451 and Censorship unit will commence.    In preparation for this day you will need to read three articles on the following topics: 1) Political censorship, 2) Religious censorship, 3) Censorship in the visual/fine arts.  Please read and annotate all three articles.

On Wednesday (Period 4) and Thursday (Period 2) you need to bring to class your banned/challenged book.  Your independent reading book will contribute to your study of censorship over the next three weeks. ...
